Tactile Rugged Computer AB's General Terms of Purchase

Purchase

A purchase agreement is only established once Tactile Rugged Computer AB has confirmed the order through an order acknowledgment. The confirmation is sent by email. Any objections to the order acknowledgment must be communicated in writing to Tactile Rugged Computer AB no later than 10 days after the date of the order acknowledgment. All products remain the property of Tactile Rugged Computer AB until full payment has been made.

Prices

Prices are stated in SEK, DKK, EUR, or USD, excluding VAT and shipping/packaging. In the event of normal price increases from our suppliers and currency fluctuations, we reserve the right to raise our prices without notice. No handling fees will be charged.

Payment 

Payment can be made by invoice after a standard credit check or by advance payment. Invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are sent via email or e-invoice. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct email address for invoice delivery. Late payments will incur statutory interest as well as a 450 SEK late fee.

Delivery

Delivery is made by the carrier chosen by Tactile Rugged Computer AB, ex-works seller’s warehouse.

Transport Damage

If any product is damaged upon delivery, the transport company must be contacted immediately. After reporting the damage, contact Tactile Rugged Computer AB for the delivery of a replacement product. The new product should be ordered through regular channels for the quickest delivery.

Complaints under Warranty

The warranty period is one year from the date of delivery. The warranty applies to normal use. Damages caused by improper or careless use are not covered by the warranty. The invoice must be presented for the warranty to be valid. Tactile Rugged Computer AB is not liable for direct or indirect damages, additional work, or other extra costs related to the use of sold products. If a fault is discovered in a product and the warranty is claimed, the faulty product must be sent to Tactile Rugged Computer AB together with a completed RMA form. The RMA form is available on the Tactile Rugged Computer AB website. The return is at the customer’s expense and risk. If the warranty covers the fault, the product will primarily be repaired and returned to the customer. If a replacement unit is desired, it must be ordered in the regular manner. If no fault is found with the product, a charge will apply.

Complaints Outside of Warranty

If the product is not covered by the warranty, the defective product must be sent to Tactile Rugged Computer AB together with a completed RMA form. The return is at the customer’s expense and risk. If Tactile Rugged Computer AB determines that the defective product is repairable, the customer will be informed of the repair cost, and a decision will be made about proceeding with the repair.

Return Policy

Buyers wishing to return a product must always obtain prior approval from Tactile Rugged Computer AB. The product must be returned with a completed return form in undamaged original packaging. The return is at the customer’s expense and risk.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation can only occur with the approval of Tactile Rugged Computer AB. Once the cancellation is approved, Tactile Rugged Computer AB reserves the right to charge the customer a cancellation fee of 25-50% of the total order value.
